Shipping Information and Store Policies

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on package weight, shipping is averaged for destination using UPS. All charges are shown for you to review before you commit to placing your order. Adjustments to the shipping charges will be made to match actual shipping costs. When ordering multiple items the shipping weight is normally high because the weight is figured on a packaged per item basis but when items are combined the total shipping weight is less so then the shipping costs is less. Also items with low weight and low cost are normally cheaper to ship USPS. We try to make you the customer happy by adjusting the shipping charges to actual and shipping using the best method for your product. UPS is our prefered shipper because of their insurance and tracking system. The estimated shipping time for our products will vary according to availability. Product delivery may be delayed due to shortages and on special orders.
Please note: Product availability determines when your package is shipped.
-- At that point your choice of shipping options determines how quickly the package is delivered by the carrier. In other word when the item is shipped it will be shipped by the method you choose but it may not go out the day you place your order.

Our return policy is a replacement policy if the item is defective or damaged. We will also accept returns on items if they were misrepresetened. Please double check to make sure you have selected the correct color and/or size for the items you are purchasing.Purchases are not returnable for you selecting the wrong color or size.

All products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We will also exchange shoes to correct sizing problems. To arrange a return or exchange, click here for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 7 (seven) days of receiving your product(s). You will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds will not include any shipping charges. Authorized returns are subject to a $5.00 or 15% restocking fee whichever is greater. UnAuthorized returns are subject to a $15.00 or 30% restocking fee whichever is greater. Returned items must be in new condition with the original packaging to receive proper credit. It is very important that you contact us before sending something back -- that way we will be ready to correct the problem when your package arrives. **Exchanges on items given as gifts may be arranged past the usual seven day limit (exchanges ONLY - RMA number required). We package the merchandise to avoid damage in shipping however that still sometimes occurs. Merchandise damaged in shipping must have an insurance claim filed with the shipping carrier. You must retain the shipping container and packing material so the carrier can determine if the item was damaged by rough handling or improper packing. No matter what the outcome of an insurance claim we will make sure that you are satisfied. Including replacing the item before the claim is settled. We make every effort to ensure your total satisfaction.
